I was doing some research and it looks like it's possible for h/c/i E85 zl1's to make around 740rwhp. So I'm probably going to go ahead and step it up to a 250 shot. Hopefully that will close the gap

Wow...You guys are upping the HP seriously...On E85 he is going to be extremely hard to deal with, giving him an extra 40rwhp is very modest for a cammed ZL1...

Those Zl1's run strong, it's impressive how much power they make off of the stock blower. It would be nice if the 270lb weight advantage works in my favor.

I have a modest stage 1 kit on my car, just adding a larger lower pulley and E85 conversion would put me at 650rwhp...That's why I said that a 40rwhp increase on his car was modest, based on the limited knowledge of his build, I would wager that his increase is well beyond what you calculated...Not advocating for or biased to either of you...How much juice can you add to your car before it gets to the point of blowing your motor???

That's a lot of power. I've seen those cars with e85 and they're no joke I'm sure he'll be near 800rwhp.

I have a forged bottom end and my rings are gapped for lots of nitrous. I just wish I had more than just one 10lb bottle. I'm also on the stock axles and differential so I'll have to be careful

If he has plenty of time to prep (just like you) don't you imagine he will be making more mods himself, especially if he gets wind what you are up to? LOL, just sayin.
