I wouldn't go taller on the sidewall than what it comes with stock, it's already a 40 series in the back and a 45 series up front.

If anything i'd use a smaller sidewall tire.

What are you trying to accomplish? Less fender gap? If that's the case I would go with some 1" lowering springs to get the look you want.

Try some Nitto Invos. Soft sidewall and quiet ride. Not great for handling, i.e.; AutoX or road course.

The fronts on our 20" wheels are 245/45 (245mm wide, the height is 45% of that width or 110mm off the rim... there's 25.5mm to an inch, so that tire sits 4.3" off the rim)

I think it would be hard to find a performance tire in a 60 or 65 series. Sounds like a truck tire.

But I get where you're coming from. You can get a set of BC Racing coil overs for the cost of a nice set of tires... you might want to try that.

Louisiana roads will chew up our stock Pirelli's and spit them out. I just replaced mine with BFG G-Force Sport Comp 2's when I got my new wheels and I couldn't be happier. They have a longer tread life rating and so far I like the ride of them better than my stock tires.

My Pirelli's barely lasted 18K before they were shot. They grip well but being so soft coupled with our crappy roads and they get ate up quickly. Especially if you do some spirited driving. While the BFG's are also a summer only tire, they are a little bit tougher than the P-Zero's.

Try the Continental DW tires or DWS if you need an all season, the DW's ride quite well, my brother has them on his car, 275/40R20s all around. Also, the DW's grip quite well also, likely better than P-Zeros.

Taller sidewalls will create less handling responsive handling. If you get the diameters off front and rear it can also cause traction control/ABS issues.

I also like the Continentals The DWS would have a slightly better ride versus the DW.
