Perhaps I'm mistaken but I was under the impression that S550 weighed less than the Zeta Camaros.

6th gen Mustang EB 6M 3491lbs. . . 5th gen Camaro LS 3719lbs
6th gen Mustang EB 10A 3511lbs . . 5th gen Camaro LS 3702lbs

6th gen Mustang GT 6M 3730lbs. . . 5th gen Camaro SS 3908lbs
6th gen Mustang GT 10A 3752lbs . . 5th gen Camaro SS 3946lbs

Numbers pulled from https://media.chevrolet.com/media/us...2015.tab1.html and https://media.ford.com/content/dam/f...pecs-final.pdf

I weighed mine on a MTO scale and it was/is 3850lbs.

Loaded 2SS/RS with no sunroof and a full tank of fuel.

When manufacturers measure curb weight of a vehicle they typically use between 10%-50% of the max fuel capacity. So, gasoline weighs about 6lbs/gal, and if the 5th gen had a 19gal tank that means that if GM used 10% then your car would have weighed about 103lbs over curb. Seems to add up okay.

Curb weight is all fluids incliding a full tank of gas

Easy way to find your vehicle weight is the jamb stickers... gvwr minus payload is the vehicle curb weight.

Mine was my family hauler , we would go to the track on weekends, it was a blast. I sold mine for a TrailBlazer SS. For something different.
