Dont quote me on this, but wasnt someone trying to get the either a turbo or charger for the V6 taken from its cousin the cadillac... I could have been wishfully dreaming

Not a dream it is STS turbo system, that has been around for what 2 years?

Thanks! It might be mine... there is one other 12 second Flex, but seems the video of mine has been making the round! LOL!

As far as mods, it's very minimal... basically a simple axle back (MRT Ver 2.0 FTW!!!), lighter 20" wheels and methanol injection with a custom tune! With those simple mods I've gone from 14.2 stock to 12.95!

Oh, cool, so it was a turbo and how was the tune handled? I heard that was the biggest obstacle, was to get the camaro computer to be tuned/programmed to accept and work with it. Or how ever the term is called.

Vince at Trifecta overcame the encryped ECU/computer... the other hurdle is the high pressure fuel pump...

This is awesome and wrong on so many levels lol hahahah

. I want to get my 6 N/A to 400rwhp dont know how possible this with the LFX. I have always loved the sound of a turbo though so I may go FI and just get some twin turbos since they'll spool faster.

LOL! Yeah, I know...

That is one thing I hate about the EcoBoost... can't hear the turbos what so ever!!!

Now imagine if you could stuff the EcoBoost in your Camaro! Figure the Flex is about 1000 pounds heavier and a lot less aerodynamic! Easily in the 11s!

Thanks for that info... i had no clue other than a vague rumor or dream hehe... now i can start heading in that direction for a turbo..

Who has this set up that can help with parts, vendors and other misc things?

Congrats scrming! That is fantastic!

As far as stuffing the ecoboost into the Camaro...that'd be sick, but I think we have a few guys running around here making ecoboost like numbers....I think we will see some 11's before long
