No offense but I'm starting to see a lot of threads where people post an issue, due to their own mistake, and publicly ask for help. It's like if their problem does not get resolved, they can use their thread to bash the company. Or maybe the company will see the thread and be obligated to do something about to avoid an online backlash. Just grow a pair and contact the company first yourself, privately. |

james,
I was simply wondering if anybody had been in the same boat that's all! I know I ordered the incorrect product and would be fine if nothing could have been done. Shortly after posting I figured id give them a call cause they are in CO and are still open and Dylan was very cordial about getting me the correct item. I'd never want to bash Adams as they seem to be a pretty stand-up vendor, and also their polishes are great! |
