Keith, we all appreciate the information you are providing, but are all the salespeople at Delillo on the same page? When I requested pricing information from Delillo, I was told that the Camaro would be selling for "$2500 over MSRP". Because of the information that I received, I decided to order from another dealership, and I'm sure most people did the same.

When Chevrolet originally informed us we were only getting 6 cars for the 2010 model year we were pricing them at $2500 over, since then we have been allocated more cars. The people who have already ordered at $2500 over have been informed their pricing has been changed to MSRP. Sorry for the confusion, it's better late then never that management has changed this pricing.

Yea i went to you guys back in October-November time to order one, and talked to someone over there that was a dick! Just because i looked a bit younger they didnt even take me serious. I even showed them that i ordered from a smaller dealership and they didnt even want to listen. Cause i know you guys are a bigger dealership that you might get some sooner. They wanted like 5-10k over msrp and gave me attitude when they said it. Well you can tell whatever old guy that works there, that he better lighten up because he lost a sale and probably more in the future.

Delillo realized that they were losing sales to other dealerships who weren't trying to rip off their customers.
Gotpball, I think that what this dealership did was completely unprofessional. I'm glad that you ordered from somewhere else that actually wants to make a sale and keep a happy customer.

Has anyone else on this thread been harrassed by Keith? this is the second time that i've received a PM from him asking me to keep my opinions to myself. Last time I checked, we could post anything we want on here without crossing the line.
Keith, at no time did I ever (or any of the other members here) mention your name specifically in regards to the business practices of Delillo. quite the opposite, i commended you for sharing the information, what more do you want? I ask that if you have something to say to any one of us, post it here so that others can view the information. i apologize if you take offense to any of our remarks, but please keep in mind that most of us are just expressing our opinions.
