I can sleep now. All is right with the world :)

Man it feels great to say "I'm back". Some of you may remember me from my poor decision earlier this month.

I will ALWAYS have a place in my heart for my first Camaro. She was more than that. A symbol of the great things that happened to me in 2011. I'll miss you always "Lauren". None the less, I fought back at 2012. Here she is everyone. "Claire".

Just picked her up this morning! 2012 2SS (non-RS). Luckily I saved a few parts off of Lauren and put the CAI and a few other things in already. The upgrade was WORTH IT. Call me crazy, but I likes the cloth door panels better. I've already had a thread about the steering wheel in the 2012's, so I won't bring it up here again aside from saying "I'll be changing it back". The gauges too.

Finding my beauty was a chore itself. Evidently, finding a black, manual, SS Camaro is practically impossible in my neck of the woods. Longs stories ensue, but here's the short version. Played a few mind tricks on the dealers, made them fight themselves and others, got a $37,500 MSRP car for $35,000 and financed at a lower rate for an upgraded car. Mission accomplished.

But most of all, I really do want to thank all of you guys (and girls?). I received lots of well wishings, advice, and support from the community. I apologize for the bad rep towards Camaro owners that may have come with my bad behavior, but I'm here to say "Round 2 - Bring it on!"

Thanks everyone.
