had an early 2000s V8 mustang driver at a car show give me crap about my V6.when he found out my little 6 made more horsepower than his V8 he was a little bummed...

One guy I see at the shows once in a while will ALWAYS ask me, how's that Mustang running?? lol. I just ignore him..

I have exactly the same situation, a neighbor always says the same thing.

haha.. Yeah I use to remind him it's a Camaro, but if he still wants to be an ass about it, I just walk away and don't even say anything. Better that way. Maybe one day he'll stop. I haven't seen him for a while.

People used to call my 87 Trans am GTA an Iroc all the time. Not sure why, because they look completely different but... Just one of those things from non-car people. Or they would ask me if it was a trans am why it didnt have the phoenix on the hood.

My barber asks about my "mustang" every time I go. Last time I went I was actually driving my friends S550 and it blew his mind because he "could have sworn I always correct him and drive a Camaro"

i got told yesterday is color considered a handicapped cause that is one ugly color and obvious you color blind to own it. this was about my 2010 synergy green camaro. i proceeded to tell the older gentleman that is he has nothing nice to he should shut it...

Mine is black with just a few touches of red and I get the " its black and red, of course its black and red". I ususally just respond with, "you see black and red alot because its just a classic good look. Basic? Maybe, but the trophies on my shelf say otherwise"

I found out later that the guy who made that comment drove a Mustang.

I agree, it's a loved or hated color most people love it, but there's always a few morons that gotta hate it.

Color thing with a couple of college boys whilst parking my ride. One of them quipped out, with a sarcastic tone, “yelllooooow”. They then got in their car 2 spots over where I said “ nice camry, is that mommies?”
