Exhaust !!

What exhaust are you running currently on your Z?
I’m looking for a real nasty sounding exhaust. I was recommended flownmaster super 10s and just recently I was recommended black widow exhaust.. opinions?

Headers, no cats and stock back end. I dont think there is anything that sounds better. No cats and headers make it driveable but extremely loud under throttle.

Money is better spend elsewhere

Totally agree. Throw on long tubes and open the flaps. Loud and nasty with lots of dfco popping as an added bonus.

Ya i agree with the above posts as that's my set up right now (kooks 2" lt, catless midpipe, fuse pull) If you're looking for a little more like i am at the moment i'd check out cutouts as well as its a cheap alternative to buying a catback and you can control when they open and close. just my .02

Headers + no cats + factory NPP exhaust is one of the best options...But you have to tune the car with headers.

If you don't want to tune, hands down Corsa is the best IMO.

100% agree with the above comments and probably the most popular setup on ZL1's. I have Texas Speed Headers with the stock catback and the Forza controller. I can open and close the flaps with a remote controller, very nice set up when you want to quiet the car down sometimes (aka passing a cop haha)

Exhaust

Agree. Headers, no cats, pull fuze. Top it off with a cam.
