The OP is ridiculous. Sorry but it just is. Clearly you need to know more about the product before purchasing. Once modified it's obvious that GM Partshouse will not refund you, that's just common sense; which it seems he's lacking. This post would not persuade me to stay away from this company whatsoever. As Patrick said torque specs placed on the bowtie during factory install is what crimps the grill it's not made to come off.

Patrick was the rudest vendor I have ever talked to. MyCaroline on the forum can back me up on that. Seems to me they don't know their way around the customer service world.

Don't know what the original post is talking about. Had excellent service and help from GMPH and Patrick was the best. Knew his stuff and was always business like. Went out of his way even on his day off for me. Heritage grill and SS emblem look great pics to come when I get the rest of my mods done. shipping was excellent too and that was to Alaska.
