Was having issues with the nitrous solenoid anything over 900 psi it would not open. I'm going to try my other set out next weekend. I usually run 975 - 1000 PSI and I was rich after the 1/8 mile. So I think if I get the bottle pressure up it will take care of what I need. By the end of the run my bottle pressure was in the 750 - 800 range.

I'm working on the driver mod weight reduction, but want to leave the car OEM. That way no one can say it is gutted not a true street car. Leather, heated seats, power everything all there and all working.

I'm picking up what you're laying down, I would also prefer to leave the car intact without ripping out whatever you can to get a better time. Well, I hope your solenoid issues fix your "problems" and vault you into the 11's. |

I do tow the car to the track and I have two large fans I keep on the engine and trans between runs to keep temps down. There are few ZL1 s in our local club and I have run with them. The one runs upper 12:0x and the other 11:8x. The one in the 11s I kill off the line and my reaction time keep us neck and neck on the big end. Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement.

Your DA during that run kills me, it is -1189 right now here but it is snowing on the ground. I need to go to a low altitude track one time to break some records. |
