parking is $10 right at the convention center garage, if you don't mind walking you can pay less in one of the many lots in downtown. Tickets you purchase there. Love Field- head to the Dallas North Tollway and head south into downtown. I would look at a map to familarize yourself with where your hotel is and how to get to the convention center. Interstate 35 may be a better option for you. When you get into the autoshow go right and you'll hit the corvettes first then the camaros. Have fun.

You Rock Goblue. I actually printed this already and it is also on the phone, ipod, and in the presentation packet! This will be my first actual look at this piece of art called "CAMARO"!!! (I'll be at the Embassy Suites Love Field.)

I can't wait! I will be making the 3 hour drive into Dallas tomorrow to see the car I ordered for the first time....in person. I can't wait to sit in it....even if I have to wait in line for 2 hours. I'm there!

yeah. convince GMPP to give you the specs & have a wheel manufacturer make another one-off set. GM will not be selling these as of right now. sorry :(

I'm taking the DART rail (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) since it's $3 for an all day pass and it drops you off like a block away from the Convention Center. I guess it depends if you are coming from 75 or 35 though. I live in Allen so I just hop on the train at Parker and ride all the way to where those beautiful camaros are camping out.

i saw a some of those people in those pictures, didn't know they were camaro5 people.

Did anyone of you talk to the older rep that kept telling people it had a LS2? LOL

Yea, that guy was a tool. At least 1 thing was wrong in every statement he made. I was correcting him the whole time he was in my way. The other two there last night were knowledgeable.

Myself and the wife went friday shortly after it opened. No line just got right in it and took pics. There was an older guy that was giving out wrong info and I corrected him several times while I was next to him. Im sure he got tired of me. Finally the guy that was asking him questions stopped asking him and started asking me. Was very impressed for just the LS model. Cant wait to get in my 2ss. Was pissed the volt wasnt there, DAMN YOU CHICAGO!!!!! Also missed Fbodfather, seems he was only there on Wed, and I work nights so couldnt make it up to see him. Oh well....theres always next time. Also I work on those DART trains. Its not even a block from where it drops you off to the door of the convention center.

There are a couple booths at the far west end of the building, but not much at all in regards to Camaro schwag.
