Unhappy engine knock, need help

sooo. long story short. heard some knock knock and said well shit. knock was coming from the driver side head and could only hear it outside of the car, was very steady beat to it and would increase in tempo with engine rpm but get quieter. No loss in oil preasure.

tore down the top end to take a peak, found a exploded rocker arm bushing and some metal shavings in the valve cover , but everything else looks fine, lifters roll and no wear to them, all cam lobes are fine, pushrods seamed strait and there is no play in the pistons on the down stroke.

Question is, is there any way for me to make sure my rods and bearings are fine WITHOUT pulling the engine to access the bottom end?
