Did you buy wheels yet? I bought the XIX X15's in a 20" x 10" for the rear and 20" x 8.5" for the front. I wanted a +40 mm offset on the rears and they sent +25. Test fitting just the wheels on the car, the rim lip sticks out more than I want. The tire would add 1/4 "-3/8".

The lip of the rim on factory SS wheels is 7/8" in from the top of the wheel opening, the XIX's without tires stuck out 3/8". I'm fine with flush or a little out, but don't want the roller skate look of the tires sticking out 3/4".....
