MPSS & Speedometer

I have MPSS (315 rear / 285 front). My radar detector has an output for speed. At about 65on there is about a 3.5 MPH difference between speedo and radar detector. Radar detector is higher speed and the two have been very close previously.
Does anyone know is speedo calculated by RPMs and displayed thru computer to HUD?
Obviously the rears are taller than stock tires so MPH is shown lower than actual speed.

Stock TCM settings are 732.25 Revs per mile.
For my PSS's, I used 724.00 in the calibration to read correct
