Today was my day for oil change but we have a heat warning today so will probably wait until Monday. Then a good wash for Ruby & it is on!!!!!!

Can't wait. Time to start hydrating, it's going to be a warm one. Stocking up on pediolyte powder, easy way to add electrolytes to water. I've been to BG in the 90F temps and the EMTs get busy with the heat exhaustions. Need to hydrate all week, then tons of water/electrolyte drinks/good food. Can't just wait till the day of to have a few bottles of water. I've learned that the hard way. Pediolyte or Propel water with electrolytes is a whole lot more pleasant than an IV in the ER.
