Tires with white lettering

Does anyone here have tires with white lettering and pics? I just saw pics of a Z28 with white letters on the tires (attached and it looks freaking awesome). Thinking of making the letters white.....

I think they look cool also and I have friend that actually painted his letters with a little brush and white paint. I'll admit I laughed while he was doing it and I probably drank a 12pack watching him do it. And man they looked badass when he was done!! He was always getting asked where he bought them cuz it looked oem.

Just did a ton of research on white lettering and the consensus is that painting the lettering on will last a while depending on which one you use, but virtually all will crack/peel and get yellow (in some cases the same day). Did some more research and found a company called Tredwear that sells physical lettering kits that glue to the tire and have a lifetime warranty. A bit expensive (I just ordered a set for mine and it was $111 with shipping) but the reviews are really good and no concerns or issues with them looking bad after a while. They look awesome in the pics!

Dude, very nice! How much of a pain was it to put on? I've started to go crazy with the visual mods. Ordered an APR Carbon Fiber front splitter, carbon fiber spoiler, black gill stripes, Cold Air Intake (ok, that's not cosmetic, but whatever), and the white lettering from Tredwear. What I'd really like, is to have the car look something close to this (without the blue stripes or red interior trim).

And yes, I realize this is a Z28 render, but thought it looked the coolest.

Wasn't horrible. Tredwear is only about 30 mins down the road so I went and picked up. They gave a few pointers and it's helped. Biggest thing is take ur time and have a clean surface. I did it in about 5 hours. But like I said took my time.

This is funny. I haven't had a car with white letter tires since the '80s

I saw a yellow Camaro around here that had yellow painting on his tires. It looked really good.

B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A was a hot white letter tire in the 80's.

You can order a 2015 Silverado with white lettered tires so it s not just an 80's and back thing, I like the look.

Looks good. I stopped getting white letters when they changed to outlined raised white letters instead of solids which were way nicer and held up better.
