Heat coming through vents when air is off

Does this happen to anybody else? When driving with the windows down and AC off, I find myself having to close all the vents because hot air keeps coming through. Fan is turned to off, Temp turned to cool (Which shouldnt matter anyways)

You are feeling the forced air coming in while driving. With the HVAC turned off, you can still press the recirculation button. This will prevent the issue.

This happens to me as well, I usually turn on the fan set to very low speed and then just adjust the temperature.
