That's a accessory for when they're out camping and need a place to hang their clothes to dry, also doubles as an auxiliary roll bar.Wait 'till the owner comes out and ties on a few sheets of 4x8 plywood upright ,it will be like pushing a garage door down the road,that's got to be fun.
