To Cruze owners - got a quick question.

I really like the look of the Cruze Eco w/ a manual transmission. However I have a SUV now as my DD & enjoy the ability to put the seats down and haul 'stuff'. Since my wife has the Flex I can still haul the bigger stuff but really don't want to drive it, so my question is:

Does the back seat fold down? And how is the trunk on size? Obviously not a SUV but wondering how it'd work for a dd.

The other alternative is something like the Focus hatchback, but for looks the Cruze is tons better IMO. Thought about the Sonic but I'm not 100% sold on that yet. TIA.

Back seat does fold down, but Eco models delete the fold down center armrest/cupholders.

Ah, thanks - didn't know that. The cupholder isn't a big deal but the armrest is huge.

We love our Cruze and it has lots of trunk space. The seats do fold down.

Love my cruze eco with my family of 4, truck has plenty for us. I have a truck that sits unless we really need to haul some stuff.

38-43mpg back and forth to work depending on the weather and temperature. No highway just back roads.

You could take a peek at the Diesel if you can wait a few months.

I'm 95% sure I would go used unless I found someplace really interested getting rid of a new one. Was looking at '12's but saw the '13's have MyLink.

On the fence anyway - my MKX only has 51k miles & really is a great vehicle. Hardy any issues other than regular maintenance.

Thanks for the info on the storage. This helps me out a lot.

Wife has over 60k on her cruze and she loves it. Plenty of room in trunk etc.
