Bowtiebelle, what are your stats? Height/weight? You can PM me if preferred.
With that kind of intensity on the workouts and the diet you're doing you should be doing good. Give me a list of what you typically eat in a day. |

Today's workout. These pyramid workouts....WOW....kickin' my ass. I've been super hungry this week too so it must be burning a lot of calories. I've had to bump the protein quite a bit adding in a couple extra shakes and about 50% more portion size on the protein in my meals.
Today's meals: 6am - protein shake 7-8:30 gym (I need to pick up the cadence a bit and get it down to an hour) 9am - protein shake (2 scoops) / buddy fruit 12pm - baked chicken breast / 2 cups brocolli / 1/2 cup brown rice 3pm - carbmaster yogurt / apple 6pm - protein shake / 1tbp natural peanut butter 7:30pm - grilled chicken breast / spinach salad Baked chicken, mmmmmmmm HRPII, you'll be glad to know a 5lb tub of Pro Complex just got here |

Mark it ZERO!

+1 on Pro Complex. Been on it for awhile, and it works. I'll usually mix it with standard whey to make the tub last longer. It's cheapest online btw. Gnc charges like $100 for it.

GF says hanky panky time is even more fun! Due to disc injuries and a torn meniscus in my knee, going apesh!t in the gym is a no-no. Running, treadmills, ellipticals and bicycles are out. I do have an olympic bench and weights in the basement that I throw around. Ahhh, to be young and injury-free again.. |

That baked chicken would look better sitting on top of a mound of dressing
and some mashed potatoes covered in melting butter.

Weighed in this morning: I have lost 100 pounds!
I am starting to add fish into my diet now. Not that bad. And I have been drinking WHEY Protein Six Star elite series every other day. Is that Pro Complex worth the price??

Here are a few types of fish that I like ...you may want to try some.. 1....Tilapia ...sweet tasting white fish.( lightly rub with olive oil...and sprinkle garlic powder, pepper and chopped Rosemary..and squeeze some fresh lemon..then place in oven at 350 degrees) you can squeeze more lemon on it before you eat it as well.. 2....Trout Salmon...very good. (lightly rub with olive oil.. and grated fresh ginger and garlic ...oven at 350 degrees. most fish will cook at 13 minutes...especially if fillets are cut. depending on thickness..can be just a few minutes more. |
