Not that I have seen, sorry :( They're just stickers for the rear deck lid, perhaps you can have them custom made?

Classic industries sells some that fit the trunk lid. I'll get a part number later from a buddy. Thy are from either a 68 or 69 camaro.

Yea they do. They aren't made for the 5th gen but they fit good but you do have to cut the metal posts of the back. They are metal not cheap plastic.

Classic Ind pn 8701110 " 69 camaro ss rear panel emblem" Runs $27.99 + shipping. You need to chop of the mounting pins, file smooth and attach with 3m dual sided tape.They are metal, off white in color with silver outline.Cant see it here well but mount pad looks like the front one Bajamoon posted up.
