I hear you. I got 3.91 with G-force 1000hp and aluminum driveshaft. Just want to stop the vibration

When does the vibration happen? Clutch in and out? Speed related or RPM?
I really don't thing the axle is the issue. My old setup did the same wobble but caused no ill effects other than the seal weeped slightly.

The vibration happens when the car is under a load. Generally over 40 mph. Push the clutch in or let off the gas vibration goes away.

That does sound like driveshaft or axle. Exhaust shake?

No exhaust does not shake. I put a wrench on every nut and bolt under there the other day. Replaced the OE driveshaft with 1 piece aluminum from Dynatech. Tires balanced and alignment done.

Down to the axles then. Put the originals on see what happens.

Shouldn't be too hard to find another stocker.

I would try this also or if you want to pull the part i can give you dimensions on what the Stock part measures so you can check. may also want to measure the inside of the diff while your measuring.

Since these are our axles we would be glad to help. Give us a call and we can tell you what they should measure or if you want just send them in and we can go over all the critical dimensions to see if its something with the stubs.

We exchanged emails about this, I haven't gotten around to removing them yet. Thank you. Also do you think it might be the differential bearings?

I wouldnt think it would be the bearings.
How about you send the axles in and we can inspect them just to make sure the inner stubs are to spec or maybe a cv joint needs rebuilt.
