Some say I have it backwards........

I am posting this for the benefit of a friend of mine who found some humor in my story.........
I went to the local dealer to look at a lifted Suburban, when I got home I told my wife what I was looking at and she wanted me to buy a Camaro instead. So we came home with a 2011 2SS/RS coupe and we both fell in love with the car. I then decided the car was too nice to drive to work and have it parked in a parking lot on a daily basis. So we decided to buy a second 2011 Camaro to use as a daily driver for her. I have a work provided vehicle but wanted something other than that and the SS to drive. That is when I purchased a 2004 Z06 to drive as my beater/daily driver. My Camaro stays in the garage and only comes out on nice sunny days. Yes I like my Camaro better than the Z06, and that is the point of this story. Some say it should be the other way around but for me the Vette is a Go-Kart!
I consider my Camaro the Luxury Sports Car and it’s too nice to drive every day!
SOPMOD…OUT!

Congrats! That is awesome! We took delivery of our 2SS/RS SW the beginning of May and I love it.... it is the car I drive when not shuttling kids - got a lifted 2000 Suburban for that. We do need a new family car - I am starting to think I want a Camaro that is all my own so I can do the mods I want to it - the Mister does not think our 2SS needs all the things I keep suggesting! After drooling over PinkCamaro10's car I want PINK on it and he is not going for that suggestion.

Why hate on the guy for being fortunate?

Maybe he works very hard for his toys, maybe he won the lottery or had an inheritance? Who knows? Not really my concern.

If you have the means, and it makes you happy, go for it!

Haters are gonna hate regardless. I'm sure OP isn't letting it get him down.

My only question is: how do you afford mods for all THREE of your muscle cars.

Congrats !!! I can relate because I did basically the same thing, but instead of the Z06 I went with a 07 Redline for a toy ...

Great story. Glad you can do this. We all probably would if we could (own 3 nice cars) and pay cash.

For all the HATERS. This family is doing their duty keeping the $$ in circulation. Think of all the workers it took to build those 3 cars. I'm sure they all appreciate it. What if we all could afford to do the same. Wouldn't be a recession. : )
