No new Camaros since December in KC? Hard to believe...I have two...my 2000 V6 that I purchased in '01, and my 2015 2SS just recently acquired. I live in DeSoto.

Any shops in the KC area that you would trust to install a TrueTrac?

The only shop I trust, I've been using them for six years now

http://www.tallantshotrods.net/

Ask for Dan or Susan and tell them Geoff sent you their way. They also have under $70 hour labor, cheapest quality work I could find and they are damn good. I have never had any problems and always recommend them. If they cannot do something they have the connections to find someone who can. They are big into the show scene so they know every shop in KC and the surrounding areas.

Just shoot them an email and they'll get back to you within 24 hours.

I've had Modified by KC dyno my GTR, but they also scraped the diffuser parking the car...

Very busy shop, not sure on how they are with installs or bodywork.

Ask for Dan or Susan...
I appreciate the recommendation, but I went to Tallants last year to talk about a custom roll bar, and I don't think I'll go back. Dan looked for every reason under the sun NOT to work with me on a custom roll bar. The best I could get from him was a recommendation for a TigerCage bolt-in roll bar that doesn't even exist for the 5th gen. It was a frustrating experience.

I've had Modified by KC tune my car once and I'll have them do it again after I install my headers in the next couple of weeks. They did good work.

I listed a few things for sale locally - willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet half-way (except the trailer - local pickup only please).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey fellow camaro enthusiasts, I got a few recommendations to take my LS1 to LSx Killr Custom Calibrations in Bonner Springs for a dyno tune. What do you locals think? Anyone had their car tuned there?
