Timing bushings with new suspension components

Lowered car this weekend and am getting ready to set ride height and then time the bushings.

I have installed new LCA’s, toe rods, trailing arm and was wondering if I need to time those bushings or if I can go ahead and torque those bolts down? I would assume I can go ahead and torque them down due to the bushings not being “seated” in the new components but wasn’t 100% sure.

Urethane bushings that rotate around the ferule do not require bush timing.
