Norcal Thunderhill track day.
Norcal Camaros and Life's Good Racing is trying to get together a Camaro only run group at Speed SF's June 24 track day at Thunderhill raceway. We need 25 cars to secure our own group. The cost is $200 for 5 20 minute sessions. Spots need to be reserved by March 29 to make sure we can get our own group. If not we will just merge in with the main groups. There will be a photographer providing professional, on track photos, the skid pad will be open and available, Life's Good Racing will be there to coach and have post session downloads and driving discussion along with tech and setup tips.
We will be running the 2 mile course. The 2 mile course is an excellent venue for new drivers as it is VERY technical and provides for a much greater opportunity for car control learning curve than the 3 mile course. Yes, it is not as fast, however top speeds will exceed 100mph, plenty of speed for first timers in particular.
