LS3 1.85 Rocker Test

I went Friday and swapped rockers on the dyno just to see what was up with the dip in my curve. Conclusion is the PSI1511 just doesnt have enough seat pressure to control the rocker. Hope this info helps someone in the future.

There was a guy on here who swore by the yellow terras and had a stock mainly 1le until he wrecked it with some pretty good dyno numbers just by changing the ratio which does increase the net lift and duration a little. I believe he got it with bolt ons up to about 440 hp +. He unfortunately wrecked it and then I think moved on to a corvette, had a thread showing his wreck like no other vehicle around...WTF and yes he had aftermarket springs I believe, different springs would be in order I believe maybe you could find the threads from him to use the rockers. Good Luck Hey you might be that guy....LOL

I am that guy lol Both of my cars have made 470STD or 450SAE (rough numbers) This dyno was with in a small percentage of the other one i use. I am going to move on to cam only and go for 9s next. I have a rental in November so I may swap valve springs and go for the stock cam stock head record. If it keeps raining like it has I wont have to worry about it until spring.

Spring are not wore out. I have had the same dip since i started with the set up on my 1LE. Just spent time and effort making sure it is a combination of valve timing events and needs more spring.
