$110.00 at DeSantis. I think it was reasonable for an 8qt Mobil 1 Synthetic

I paid $100+ too.
Next time I'm going to buy a case of Mobile 1 and do it myself, but even then its still a pretty expensive Oil Change. Oh well, gotta pay to have a nice car.

I just don't see how it's 121 dollars. If it's 110 at Desantis, what's the other 16 at Lannan for? It's not Customer Service.

The tech was yanking on my exhaust... and then broke out his cellphone and started snapping all kinds of pictures of my car.

When I asked if they could hook my car up to the computer to see if there are any ECM updates... I was told that they only hook the computer up if there is a code, and I needed to wait.

Whatever.

The prices sound about right.I figure they get $90hr. IF they charge a 1/2 hr at $45 plus the synthetic oil/filter the price will be over $100 + tax. You could always bring it to Jiffy lube and hope it's done right with the right oil. Sad part is the dealers use high school kids to do oil changes.I've had my share of repairing drain plugs ect. done at dealers.
