You're telling me. I spent 18 months going from Pittsburgh to New Jersey. Ended up paying $2000 in overmilage on my lease because of those 18 months.

Bought the car in Indy with 9 miles 27 June. On 30 June we arrived in Sacramento 2500 miles. 800 miles avg per day first three days! Plus one cool road trip with my beautiful daughter.

Those aren't bugs....................

.................they're "mustang crumbs"...........

Just got back from NEOCC's Fall Classic at Summit -- (Tallmadge, Ohio) --

And as I put Thor in the garage, his odometer read 15,267 miles.........

The biggest problem I have with him?

He has no patience for traffic in front of him........

He 'transforms' and starts running along the side of the road, jumping over bridges and stuff...

.........OK.....I made that last part up........

A few 'preproduction' issues that were addressed prior to Start of Regular Production......(such as a glove compartment door fit issue...body Control module reflashed...)

Three small chips in front fascia.

.....and sore face muscles due to "Perma-grin"

The driver' seat-back will need to be replaced eventually simply due to the unusual number of people getting in and out of him at various shows and events (and in parking lots where little kids go crazy when they see "BUMBLEBEE!!!!!"....... (usually shreiked at 100 db...) ..and frankly, it isn't the seat -- it's the fact that the leather has been so abraded by jeans, shoes, belts, buckles, etc........easily the wear and tear that one would see at well over 100,000 miles.

A Bumblebee happening:

I'm in a parking lot at a drug store -- up pulls a Yukon XL -- father driving -- young son in the backseat --- the young'un has eyes the size of flying saucers -- and he's yelling "BUMBLEBEEBUMBLEBEEBUMBLEBEEBUMBLEBEE!!!!"

So I say to him: "Would you like to sit in Bumblebee for a minute?"

And the father says: "I don't know about him, but DADDY WANTS TO!!!!"

I will have to return "Thor" in a few weeks -- and while I've been blessed to have many many many company cars over the past 32 years -- and even more Blessed to have "Thor" -- this is one automobile that I am going to mourn when I have to turn "him" in.......

Using my car as daily driver and a trip to Myrtle beach from Ohio has put me over the 7k mile marker. Had it since July 6th.

.....will be going in the garage at the end of October tho....

You drive in your Speedo in Texas? Looks like I'll have to make a weekend run for the Lone Star state.

P.S. It may be the leather causing it to stick, not the heat.

(Is she kidding...or isn't she? You be the judge!)
