Ya there are blindspots, and you can adjust the mirrors to help as described above- but the vehicle has poor outward vision. I guess that's the trade off for the high stylepoints.

Never experienced the 'blind spot' issue-I did adjust the mirrors as shown in mcarney's post though.

yeah during the summer around here it will usually rain every day somewhere in the area, you never know when you are driving when a Popup Shower will happen..

Hard and fast rule for me....

Do NOT change lanes unless you have physically passed a car in the lane you want to switch to and can see that car in your mirror......

That don't work if you have been driving in a particular lane for a while and need to change lanes so you can make a turn ahead... You HAVE to be able to look over to see if a car is beside you... you can either speed up or slow down before changing lanes to make sure someone was not traveling where you could not see them...

Does anyone have a link to where I can buy the little round mirrors that can be attached to the existing mirror?

At first the car is different than other other cars, but all cars have blind spots. When you get used to your car it will be no big deal. I got use to mine pretty quick and I don't drive it much. The camaro look is great! I wouldn't want them to change it for more visibility. You just have to learn how to drive the camaro, always use directionals, move over slowly while listening and looking (but everyone should do this in any car).

There are vehicles that you cannot look over your shoulder to see the car next to you or in your blind spot like large trucks and tractor trailers. I don't look over my shoulder. I just use my mirrors while driving forward, changing lanes, and backing. But I'm a professional driver. It's also bad to take your eyes off the road in front of you. Just learn your vehicle, learn you mirrors and trust them, learn your blind spots, know where everyone is around you at all times (get the big picture and scan your mirrors regularly), make moves slow and gradual, slow enough so you can move back if needed, listen for clues like horns, ect.. We the camaro drivers and the other people in traffic are supposed to be working together to avoid accidents so if you move over slowly and someone is in that lane you will probably get a horn beep or they will move over or slow down to avoid you (and an accident) if you give them the time needed to react. In the case of the camaro we have so much power we can accerate by a car into an open area and the move over or slow down to do the same.

Any wal-mart or any parts store has them, different sizes and shapes...Myself I have the small rectangular ones...
They help alot, i can see one coming up on either side of me, and from a long ways off until their front end gets right to where i see them out the corner of my eye...
