Find out if they switch to a winter formula Gas in VA.
In CT I lose 3 MPG every winter. Oct - Feb 15.
My DIC says 21.5.

Cold weather can noticably decrease fuel mileage. Longer warm ups and greater use of headlights and fan are responsible,

Its the weather, winter mix fuel and your probably running your heat right, maybe warming the car up in the morning a little longer, plus rain and snow create more friction to push the tires through it, taking more power (not to be confused with sliding friction) ... youre fine... drive on.

My winter beater (98 Civic) drops a TON in the winter, maybe 5-7 mpg.

Oh and your mileage SUCKS! My modified V8 gets 20.2 mpg all day, even with the heavy foot...

Try getting it tuned. Ted at Janetty Racing got me an extra 2.2 mpg on the highway.

Ya, I agree.

If you're getting that with a V6, you are seriously driving that thing hard every time you accelerate.
