Here is the Google Maps link for it. It is north of the 177/77 interchange area. Looks about 30 miles or so north of Winkelman on 77.

He is either still there and has some really pissed off elves or he took off when he realized he was in the middle of nowhere and the only place he could get a steak was at the Dambar in Kingman.
