There is terrible droning in that system. I don't have it personally, it was one of my options at the time. But someone on the forums was kind enough to post videos of his MBRP setup, and even he admits there is droning, but he could live with it.

Uh... droning might not be an issue to you, but it's an issue to some people. =p Really depends on the person.

Gotta disagree with Jagan. My system sounds great and I don't hear any drone. I get compliments all the time.then again I also have more than just the cat-back. But I love the MBRP, never regretted it.

I have heard the system in person on a SS & driven the car. No drone, exhaust sounds better than the exhaust clips on the internet.

I have MBRP exhaust and love it, Drone noise is a yes yes yes....But it's from all my mods I have done, but what helped out with the drone was changing gear ratio to 3.73.
My mods are a Maggie, ARH headers, stage 2 Comp Cam, pushing 730hp 624 rwhp...looking for more HP...lol
Good Luck..

Thank you for admiting drone. I guess some people can't hear it. I'm not bashing the MBRP, but im just stating the facts.

I have friends who PAY for drone lol. So... everyone has different tastes =)

he's driving an SS that is modded to the hills. the MBRP A6 v8 exhaust was designed very well, no drone. surprised to hear mixed reviews on the v6 system.

Exactly. Doesn't anybody read anymore or do they just take the parts that best support their opinion?

Ok, enough. Have you actually been inside a V6 with a MBRP installed? Or are these "facts" based off of the internet clips you've heard and second-hand information like that? You normally are pretty level headed so I'm trying to figure out why you are so deadset against this system when, to my knowledge, the extent of your experience with it is clicking on it on the internet.

We usually agree with one another, but I'm just trying to figure out why you are so insistent that this drone is there, when 10,000+ miles on my MBRP tell me it's not
