I rolled over 1,000 miles today! Took delivery on 7/15, was out on state on vacation 7/25 - 8/1. I am making up reasons to take her for a spin. There is no more room for milk in the fridge!!! I need another fridge!

I've got close to 3000 miles on my car now, ands just had it over a month....road tripping this summer.....

On another note:

Not a clue... but when I compare my signatures event code dates to other peoples... kinda upsets me that people have ordered in the last 1-2 months and already got their car....

I ordered back in December... production started in March.. and im still not delivered.

I'm curious to know how many are rolling around Manhattan, KS! I saw a black one (pretty sure it was black, not IBM) on College, and a rally yellow behind subs n' such.....it would be great to know who i'm rollin' with!

I was driving down College a couple weekends ago visiting family. I know of an Orange SS in the area too.

Nice! yeah, the dealer there said he had just sold an orange one to a girl about my age, but i have yet to see her. I think there will be quite a few since it's a college town...but ironically i don't go to college there anymore. Nice to meet you! I'll be the IBM around september....

Funny story guys: I had an appointment on McConnell AFB, and the gate guard was a total Camaro hater (the other guys were ultra cool), so I was pleasant and went on in. On my way home I was passing these 2 cute boys on the road (about 10 or 11 years old), and the little one gives me a tentative thumbs up!!! TOTALLY made my day!!

Still no big update on the car... Dealer said after calling around that they are holding a chunk of cars that were produced 7/13/09 - 7/19/09 week due to some issues that were found....

I checked around on the forums and it seems what my Dealer told me is seems to be the real deal for once. Many other people on the forums that were produced that week are stuck in QA with me.

Soooo Im looking at possibly 1 more full week until I am shipped.
