Help with catback exhaust sound/ H pipe?

Hey guys, this is my first post so my bad if it's not in the right place. I have a 2014 v6 with a Spec D tuning catback exhaust installed:

I love the cold starts but it overall it is a little bit louder than what I would like. When in the 2-5K range things start to get a little bit high pitched. I am considering adding an X or H pipe. I am leaning more toward the H pipe because it won't sound as raspy and there will be a gain of low end torque. Thoughts?
