Philadelphia? On street parking? Do you have Gorilla Locks, a state of the art security system on the Camaro and cameras mounted on your townhouse that face towards the Camaro?

Forged or 19"? Which spec are you referring to? Not very many tire options in 19".

z/28 19's which look more aggressive due to the width. The 19's don't have the same effect being slightly taller.
