6th gen lt brembos on a 5th gen lt?

Was looking at brembo's website and they say that the 6th gen camaro lt has a factory option of a 12.6" rotor with 4 piston brembo calipers. I read the thread on the 5th gen zl1 calipers fitting the but the rotor didn't line up on the 6th. Racing Brake fixed that with a new rotor hat.
My question is could these 12.6" brembos be adapted to a 5th gen? I want lighter brakes, and 4 piston calipers would be great. I do not want the SS brakes as my wheel choice has already been centered on 18".

Car is a 2013 1lt. If anyone has any suggestions on a light weight upgrade for the v6 brakes I'm all ears. Theres plenty of heavy cars that run damn well on the track and dont need 14" rotors. If all is well by spring I should be down to 3000lbs.

You can get a set of ZL1 brake hats and use a set of C7 Corvette GS/Z06 non ceramic rotors and trade hats out. An the 5th Gen hats are aluminum too.
