1le package isn't faster than an ss without it. in a straight line

The answer can not be that simple! One side has to be right and the other wrong! Hell, we might as well all be driving Prius. On a humorous note, my office manager drives a Prius, but ran out of fuel on the way to work......

Dont think it was out yet when I got mine? but other then suspension and a matte sticker on the hood, and diff factory wheel, I probably wouldnt have gotten one anyways. Im not big on paying extra for factory things you can do yourself or are gonna change anyways.
The gearing I wouldnt mind having though..

Wow that list is impressive look at the cars just behind the 1LE! Over 10 seconds faster than the SS, yeah I'd say that's worth the $3500.

Have you driven one? It's worth it every time you turn the steering wheel.

I've had an S2000, E36/E46/E90 M3's and the 1LE is on a different level handling wise.

yeah I have.. not sure the answer your looking for though or want to hear.?
It was improved over the SS. I wouldnt call it amazing, but its good.. but then again I have stuff in the garage that handles better and has more power so my feelings may be jaded to begin with.

The SS/1LE is a great car and a great value for those who want a SS with a better handling package. It's no ZL1 but rather a step above the SS for the specific purpose of better track performance. For those not interested in tracking their car, the upgrade serves no purpose. For those who do, and don't wanna purchase a ZL1, its a great buy.

Lethal Racing is way more than just a power adder shop it's a full service tuner shop. Whatever you want they can do. My car has full suspension. coil overs, bushings, and sways. I'm into road racing and spend a lot of time on road courses. The only thing at this point until the supercharger goes on that I wish I had that the 1LE has is the gearing. But once boost is in that won't be an issue any more.

Not correct. Saw a Z-28 being weighed yesterday still 3800+. Still bad ass though.
