My Camaro Rules....Wifey Does Not Likey

decided to drive my car all last weekend including friday to the office. My wife thinks i am a nut for my "RULES"... cant figure out why or is it just a guy thing?

no food or drinks in the car
no sandal skid marks on the bottom of the door panel or door sill panel
no to go food unless we are driving straight home
no jeans with the rhinestone studs on the butt...ok, i will bring a clean towel to sit on
no heavy lotion
before we leave on the border (any restaurant) go wash your hands
dont slam the door shut, close it by pushing it shut on the door handle only, especially not the glass window
dont put anything on the dash...it will just fall or scratch it
no putting on make up or spray perfume in the car

dont think i am being too picky....what do you guys with spouses or girls with camaros think? what are your quirks?

I think it's a car, and she is more important. I'm sure if she wanted to get a little frisky, while you were driving it would be a different story though. Don't sweat the little stuff, the car will clean up again...

My wife can do as she pleases, it's only a freaking car. With that said, she basically emulates how I treat my car, no reason to impose rules on her.

I don't really have any rules. If something happens, it's just a car. Everything so far has come out during my weekly interior clean / exterior wash

If I get a door ding (of course I don't want one and not really sure how she could give me one), I'll get it repaired and be done with it.

There was a time when I obsessed about my vehicles. Now with kids, work, and other responsibilities, I just don't get worked up about a car anymore. It's been raining here for a month straight and I haven't even washed the car.

Can't have rules. My wife goes everywhere I go because she's too damn ugly to kiss good-bye

Wife does whatever she wants, she's smart enough to figure out what to do and what not to do. Its a Camaro not a Veyron. It's a nice car and we treat it according, my Vette is worth 3 times my Camaro and we treat that car the same way. Anyone who gets in either of my vehicles is always stunned at how clean and brand new looking/smelling the interior and the exterior of the vehicles are.

The one thing that's baffled me for years is people that don't want "lotioned" people in their vehicles are usually the people who use an entire bottle of armor all's ultra ultra deep shine all over the inside of the vehicle? haha might just be me!
