Feeler thread
I am going to be getting new wheels and tires for my camaro ls. How much do you think the 18" alloy steel wheels with the bfg modified all seasons would be worth? I have 6k miles on the tires and have never burned out or anything stupid like that. Also what would the oem air intake be worth as I am getting an after market ingen CAI

Listen to last Adam Corella CarCast podcast , He just had a whole show on the subject You will learn what is good and what is crap, And according to these guys there is a ton of overpriced crap out there . Certain Rims have to be Certified with this place out of France or something like that ,Quality is what you want

The best value you will get out of the oem air intake is putting it in storage. I have a storage closet full of oem Camaro bits and pieces. It's best to have them on hand just in case.

Yeah you are not gonna get anything for the intake.
On the other hand, if the tires are above 70% tread, you may get about $600 for the wheels/tires. The reason why it is so low is because almost nobody wants the 18" wheels as they rarely get damaged (due to the huge tire) and almost never get stolen. I also highly doubt a potential buyer is just interested in installing them either. So your package is essentially just tires for most prospective buyers.

I sold my stock P-zeros off my V6 a few years ago for $500 or something. Not sure what you could get for your all seasons and rims, but you should be able to get something.
What wheels are you getting? If you're still deciding, check out ModBargains. They set me up with some Forgestars and Michelin PSS tires. I don't have them on yet, but they'll be here next week and they're going to be sick

Unless somebody has a broken stock one and wants to replace it, of course.
