Procharger D1 belt slipping

Ok just installed 416 in the car. Have a Procharger D1. At 6000 rpm it starts slipping and losing boost. Gets worse the more pulls made on the dyno. Have a new belt on and tensioner as tight as possible. 2012 Procharger set up.
Any ideas?

Call Procharger. They will probably tell you that you have the tension set wrong, and to be careful as you will damage the bracket, then you will be paying for a new bracket.

Belt size? Pulley size? More info?

The Pulley is 3.8. Don't know the belt size . The shop working on the car said they were going to call procharger Monday.

I know a lot of PC people who had belt slip, kept tightening the belt, and then damaged the bracket/tensioner. So that is why I'm saying be careful.

I haven't seen anyone hurt a bracket even with 1100 plus rwhp

Yes we tightened after it started slipping. We have it as tight as it will let us go,
