Do the research. You need a white base coat first, then the sunrise paint itself is expensive, the cost of labor, it all adds up. This isnt a Maaco paintjob. Most really good paintshops charge about 5grand just for a basic paintjob. A lot of work goes into making this color.

it would cost you at least 10 if you want it done right. It wont come from the factory like this.

You guys are nuts...... $15 grand! That's only if your car needs body work. Should be able to get it done for $5000 or less if you pick a color that looks the same , but has a different name. There is a German car which I won't name that has the same color but it's called something different. My friend had a car painted that color for $3000 and it looks factory. He also needed a little body work.

Anyone who thinks doing this color for 5k is living in a dream world. There is a lot that goes into having this done its not just any other color. This member had it done the materials alone was something like 3k that doesnt even include the many hours of labour. Here is the link http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36255
Basicly give up the dream and get the transformer package from GM much more affordable.

You could anyway's take it to Mako. Or better yet, Mexico. Just bring your walmart mixed paint and the labor is dirt cheap. Better yet, for the labor just drive down to Home Depot or Lowes. Convert your garage to a paint booth using plastic sheets, get out your wagner power paint gun and wahla! BumbleBee for $53!
