Try them.

They are not easy to find and they will not be easy to sell. Try to find a performance Chevy dealership with lots of Corvettes, Lingenfelters, SLP etc. They will know what you got.
115 in stock????? Mine keeps like, 7 at a time.

Nope!

See! This 1LE sold for 34k

The Camaro's are soft cars guys...they don't hold there value very well....just too many of them out there.

We love our Camaros but the facts are the facts.

Your 1LE option package may mean something to a collector 10-20 years from now but I todays resell market it doesn't mean squat.
Compared to what car ?

I seen a 2010 SS with 84k miles sell for 22k in early 2013! They probably haggled on the price a little but still that's a great sell with that many miles!

try that. You have to buy a script for a week or month. You can get one without being a dealer. I buy it when im looking to trade in a car. Last time I used it was last year. So I bought a week subscription.

Galves grew up near where i live (Nyack i think) and I found out about him thru word of mouth. Went into a dealer a long time ago and they gave me the KBB crap. I pulled out the Galves printout, dealer was not happy. He asked how I knew about it!! lol!!!

Sweet deal! Too bad they put the crappy tranny in.....I am just kidding! Have a great weekend!

On a serious note, did you ever find out why they were getting rid of it so soon after purchase, and why so cheap?

So far I’ve learned any 'specialty' car is worthless to the dealer but appealing to the customer. It really is a conundrum. When I had a 08 Bullitt Mustang, I went to trade it for a 2012 Mustang 5.0 and they didn't want to budge on the 08 Mustang GT trade-in Value. I get that the Bullitt is mainly an appearance package and a touch of performance, but I always thought the car had some special aurora to it. Well according to the dealer, they said those were the hardest cars to sell. Those and the SHELBY GT’s. He told me they usually end up at auction....
Naturally, I took a hit on the trade in

Except that I ended up seeing my beautiful Highland Green Bullitt sitting at a stop light at night with dealer tags. I called the dealer immediately and he said when I left, someone was coming to look at some trucks, saw it, asked if it was for sale and then bought it on the spot... Like 10 minutes after I drove off the lot with the 12. God, that pissed me off...

Well, years later, here I am with a 14' 1LE... Just a specialty check box and it's worth the same as a Camaro SS. Yet, I know this car wouldn't last long on a car lot... I think dealers just want a pure profit on the option...

Trust me ! Dealers know how to make you think that your car is nothing but another car ! But in their mind it's a special never seen before spaceship! I know this from experience!

Last January when I traded in my 2010 2SS the local Chevy dealership offered me $28,600 for my 4yo car with 15,002 miles. I took it, got me a 14' 1LE.

I'm gonna get 22k for my 2014 1LT with 7k miles when I trade in for my 1LE. Is that too bad of a deal you think?
