CEL & Stabilitrak After Isolator Change

Ok so I just got everything put back together after changing to the Eaton solid isolator. First crank she fired right up but I got a Service Stabilitrak System message and the Boost gauge was pretty much stuck at zero. Turned it off and let sit for a minute. Started back up and Stabilitrak message is gone but I have a CEL. CEL is P012C Supercharger Inlet Pressure Sensor A Circuit Low. Now boost sits about 15kpa of Vacuum (the line halfway between 0 and 30). When I rev it hits 0 but won't really show any boost. I never paid any attention to the gauge before since its in such a bad location. This is of course just sitting in Neutral. It just rained so I don't want to take it on the road now to see what to does under load. Any ideas on this? Is what I'm seeing on the Boost gauge normal? Should I have done a battery disconnect to let everything reset? I cleared the code and cranked again, it didn't come back but didn't run long. Really need a road test I guess. Sounds fine and idles fine. Thanks
