Falken azenis fk453 tires.....

Hey. I am wondering if anyone has used tires that are made for crossovers or suvs. I have my racing set, show 22s, and now i need rubber for my "beaters" and have seen that there are tons of tires out there in my size that are made for the x5 in a staggered 275/40/20 and 315/35/20. I dont know about picking up a set of runflats but i came by the falkens really cheap and i know theyre not going to be great tires but would they really be a horrible idea to throw on? Thanks!

I've been wondering the same. Lots of decent used X5 pirelli and dunlop sets out there on craigslist.

I see tons of used 315/35/20 and 275/40/20 for a third the price of a set of good race tires. Kinda thinkin of picking up a set to burn through when im daily drivin but am curious if the crossover tires are heavier, or maybe the sidewall is thicker I dunno.

I have, depending on what tire you run they will hook better then the P Zero's.
