Gopro mounts! mirror mount and Visor mount options!

I'm out of stock on the plastic.
All orders going forward will be a week lead time as they are made to order and the plastic would have to be ordered.
Thanks.

Mirror mounts $30 shipped.
Visor mounts $33 shipped.
Take $8 off if you buy 2 of any combo as I can combine and save shipping
If you want a drivers side mount, a mirror mount, and a passenger side $75! (great for those who like having cameras for multiple angles (one facing driver, one road, and one facing out the passenger window for those kills in "mexico")
all payments done via paypal so you have insurance. all shipping is tracked and insured! PM To buy!

Very cool! I would be interested in purchasing a replacement for the one Pat T made. It worked just fine until I had my car at the body shop for a few weeks in the Texas summer. It didn't completely break, but the material "sagged" where it clasped the sun visor. So now it will no longer hold the visor in place.

Would the mini mount be affixed with double sided tape?

the minis base could be. I would probably only recommend that for the newer smaller go pros though. I was however thinking about the rear view mirror adhesive so the base is nice and solid.

Good to hear. In nylon this thing will be way more heat resistant. was there anything else you didn't like about it I'm trying to make sure this Is a good unit for people to use.

Interested if you could make them more heat resistant. That’s the only issue most had with the ones Pat did. They were not good in the sun located in the window. I personally did not care for the visor location and modified mine (one I got from Pat) to bolt on the mirror screw that holds the rear view mirror on. I like it center and that I can see what is on the screen. Video footage is great too. ( down side is I’m having issues finding good microphone to record audio without getting static from my exhaust, but love this little setup). If you want any pictures of my camera mount setup, let me know and I’ll post them.

That's what the mini is for is to mount a newer Go Pro behind the mirror using rear view mirror adhesive. or I suppose it could even be mounted to the mirror itself but that may cause it to lose adjustment. feel free to post a photo to your setup as I have no problem refining the product if i find a better idea.

Based on my research Im leaning to PETG to make these out of. It will be way better than the old pla versions in terms of resistance (heat and weather) but it is also stronger than abs. Nylon can be quite expensive as it has to get super hot to print well meaning. I think PETG is the good middle ground of cost/performance. let me know what you guys think!
