Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, interesting to assume the age bracket of a future owner of the ZL1
I look at this way.................... It will be like the "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH" because, once behind the ZL1 wheel, this 44 year old, will feel like 16 again

What he is saying is the first one the dealer gets, it's his.....or so he thinks...I was the first one for my 2SS, I didn't plan it, just happened......mine was the first one built for that dealership, but was one of the 1st 3,000 cars made, so it got held up in the look over process for 2 months......built in April and got it in June...no big deal......

I'm 24 and I've always wanted a Corvette. I worked hard a bought the 2LT/RS to sort of tide me over til I got one. Corvette training wheels, if you will. But I've fallen in love with the Camaro. My plan was to buy myself a Corvette for my 30th brithday. Seems reasonable. But with my love of Camaro and this ZL1 beast on its way, I've really been rethinking things.
It's a toss up now and I'll test drive them both when the time comes... six years from now. So come 2017 I'll be behind the wheel of something awesome. Until then my V6 will do.

38, and I hope I will buy one, depends on what the final price is, and what I can get selling my 83 Monte SS and 10 Camaro.

I'll be 49 when they hit the showroom, and plan to be right there to order mine.

Im 38 now and will be 39 when it comes to market. Prolly wait and buy one in Sept. 2012 for my 40th B-Day. This is not an age specific car. Its about who can afford it, and who wants it. Was hoping the Z28 moniker would be on a C5 but if there isn't by then this will be my beast.
