OK got my dad to read it and translate.

The heading states "New 2010 Camaro Unique Design, Goodlooking"

And the article itself states the changes made from 1969 till now. This is from Saudi Arabia and it isn't a newspaper, I believe it is just an article similar to those here in the US from Motor Trend or Car and Driver
