Hello! if no mods are required to the rear suspension on my 2010 SS, my offer for;
1 set bogart 17X10 with 28x10 HOOSIER slicks /wheels and slicks less than 8 passes
1 set bogart 17x4.5 with M&H front runners /wheels are used tires are used
1 new set of M&H 17X4.5 front runner
all 20 lug nuts , and 4 center caps.
2,400 and I will take care of shipping.

Maybe so but I have to contend with customs and duties and shipping, I am located in Canada... Therefore I think in my opinion that my offer is fair and with the left over part he can make up the difference in the asking price.

Ps: Us Canadian guys always get shafted on parts crossing the boarder, so we have to bid accordingly and also not to mention the exchange rate to boot!
